Item description : Tea scoop with Mei "Seiryu" (clear stream) drawn by a chief priest at a Zen temple Ryusho Hotokiji Mr Jyosho Hashimoto.
It is named after the deisgn (please see the photo. The dark line can be seen and it looks like a stream) naturally appeared on the lower area of the tea scoop.
