This is a fantastic hand carving Tsuba (sword guard) for a Katana made of bronze. It was made circa end of Edo period. Please see a Sakura(cherry blossom) hand carved which looks so nice and charming. It is an antique, so there are some rusts on the surface naturally made. However, it still looks beautiful and staylish. Please keep this rare piece as one of your collection of Japanese art. This Tsuba was made by a "Tosho" who is a sword craftman.
