This is a Usubata flower vase used for a flower arrangemnt for a tea ceremony or other occations. This is basic style and midium size of Usubata and has motif of a temple with mountain view in background. The temple probably is Kinkakuji-Temple in Kyoto. This type of flower vase could be an accent to a tatami tea room. It is made presumably in 1970's or before and there are some stains and rusts due to as shown but as a whole, it is in good condition to use.
