Lacquer Ware

A lacquer wear could be one of proudly Japanese traditional art works to the world. Lots of masterpieces were created in past time especially in Wajima and Yamanaka, Ishikawa prefecture, which would not be possible to make nowaday. Some are so attractive and elegant. However, it must be difficult to keep these item for a long time due to the reason that lacquer wares are easily deteriorated to an ultravilet ray that makes cracks, peel-off,chips. Therefore it would be very rare to be kept in good condition. We have some items here which are in good condition to use and see, please enjoy seeing them and hopefully keep them for yourself.
